2. What areas do you service?

We currently serve the Jacksonville and surrounding areas. Delivery fees may vary based on distance.

3. How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least 1–2 weeks in advance, especially for weekends and holidays, to ensure availability.

4. What does DIY pickup mean?

DIY pickup means you’ll pick up and return the rental items yourself from our designated location. This option helps you save on delivery fees.

5. Where is pickup located?

Pickup is in the Jacksonville area. The exact address and instructions will be provided after your booking is confirmed.

6. What are your pickup and return times?

Pickup and return times are scheduled in advance. We offer flexible time windows, but all items must be returned by the agreed-upon time.

Yes. Once items are picked up, you are responsible for their care, safety, and return condition.

Customers are responsible for repair or replacement costs for any damaged or missing items.

12. Do items need to be cleaned before return?

We ask that items are returned free of excessive dirt, food, or debris. Additional cleaning fees may apply if needed.
